  2. IT SURELY WORKS.. UPON YOUR COMPLAINT, IT IS AGAIN CHECKED AND IT WORKS FINE. THE FILE IS IN CHM FORMAT. IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE THAT YOUR COMPUTER DOESN’T SUPPORT THIS KIND OF FILE (BUT IT IS VERY RARE AS CHM IS A KIND OF WINDOWS HELP FILE). OTHER POSSIBLE REASON IS THAT THE FILE WHICH YOU DOWNLOADED IS INCOMPLETE OR CORRUPT. BUT I ASSURE YOU THAT THE LINK IS NOT DEAD AND WHEN DOWNLOADED PROPERLY AND COMPLETELY, WORKS FINE. THANKS
